Shipping Policy
- We attempt to get your parcel out as soon as possible, but please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order
- Shipping is calculated by weight
- Rural shipping will incur an extra fee - please ensure you select the correct option at the checkout.
- If shipping is overcharged for any reason we will contact you to refund or, or if additional shipping is required we will contact you to arrange payment.
- We are not responsible for delays in the postal service and cannot help your parcel arrive any faster
- Please contact us for international shipping rates
Return & Exchange Policy
No refunds or returns will be accepted:

for change of mind once fabric has been cut (or ordered in the case of a preorder)

in the case of a parcel delay
In an unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or it is faulty (see fault exclusions in our terms and conditions) please contact us at 3amthreadsnz@gmail.com and we will replace the fabric, or if the same fabric is no longer available you will be offered the choice of another fabric to the same value or a refund. All claims on faulty items must be made within 14 days of purchase (for retail fabric) or arrival (preorder fabric).
